Institutional and Academic Integrity

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln maintains its institutional integrity through a comprehensive set of bylaws and policies that ensures the university operates smoothly and faculty, staff, and students are treated fairly. The Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor facilitates academic policies, procedures, and standards following the guidelines outlined within these bylaws and policies.

How to Change Bylaws

Faculty Affairs in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor has created an Amending College Bylaws Transmittal Form that is required to change bylaws. Additional guidance is provided in the system’s Process to Amend Student/Faculty Senate and College Bylaws Memo.
