Jackie Rees Ulmer is Glenn E. Corlett Dean of the College of Business and a professor of analytics and information systems at Ohio University. Previously, she was Union Pacific Professor in information systems at Iowa State University, where she held various administrative roles, including associate dean and department chair. Prior to Iowa State, she was a tenured faculty member in management information systems at Purdue University for 17 years.
Her research focus is cybersecurity risk management and analytics, particularly machine learning models. Her research has been published in various journals including Information Systems Research, Management Information Systems Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, ACM Transactions on Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, and several other outlets.
Her teaching interests include introduction to programming, database management systems, information security management, business analytics, and strategic use of information systems.
She serves on several boards of directors and is an active peer reviewer and committee member for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a doctorate in decision and information sciences from the University of Florida.

George Witmer is a professor of practice at Lehigh University, where he has spent nearly a decade building and scaling interdisciplinary programs at the intersection of computer science, business, and experiential learning.
As co-director of Lehigh's Computer Science and Business program, he grew enrollment to 250 students while launching new courses, establishing an alumni mentoring network, and maintaining the highest average starting salary of any major in the university. As capstone program director, he built a 144-student, multi-disciplinary program engaging Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits as project sponsors with 80-90% sponsor retention year over year. He developed and teaches an introductory programming course to 275+ first-year engineering students each fall and spring.
Before entering academia, Witmer held senior technology leadership roles at Air Products, PPL Corporation, and Lutron Electronics managing global responsibilities, overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and advising C-suite executives.
He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University, a doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Houston, and a master of business administration from Lehigh University.

Dean Hougen is Lloyd and Joyce Austin Presidential Professor in computer science at the University of Oklahoma, where he has spent 25 years building a distinguished record of scholarly excellence and transformative academic leadership.
A nationally recognized researcher in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics, Hougen has served in various leadership positions at the University of Oklahoma including director, interim director, and associate director of computer science, where his strategic vision drove unprecedented growth, more than doubling student, faculty, and staff numbers and quadrupling research expenditures in five years.
His commitment to student-centered, interdisciplinary education is reflected in multiple teaching awards selected by students and peers; his roles as honors college liaison and undergraduate research coordinator; and his leadership in founding programs that bridge computer science, data science, and industry partnership. A passionate mentor and institution-builder, Hougen has championed inclusive access, workforce development, and ethical AI throughout his career.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Iowa State University and a doctorate in computer science from the University of Minnesota.
